What was the highlight of All Ritmo Cancun Resort Water Park
Family friendly resort with nice beach
Family friendly resort, staff the the restaurants were lovely, beach and water park were great.
Room wasn’t accurate. Booked a king, but got two doubles and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Bathroom was dirty, beds were uncomfortable. Everyday they took towels, but didn’t leave new ones. Food was just ok- don’t bother booking at the restaurants, especially with kids. Long wait for food and small portions.

What was the highlight of All Ritmo Cancun Resort Water Park
A very different kind of all-inclusive
Our 3 kids (5, 7 and 10) were entertained the entire time. Which is pretty much all that matters. The other guests were lovely too. 90% were Mexican families, so it's a much different (and more interesting) environment than you'd get at other all-inclusives in Cancun. We were the only American family in the whole place! We had a Marina View Suite, and the location was incredible - right on the sand, looking out at the sailboat marina.
Food is so-so. But once you figure out where the good salsas are, every meal can be good.

It was overall decent. The staff was the best.
The pool, the staff
The rooms, they were old dated, not 100% clean, the bathroom is super small, the wifi didn't work properly, the tv was locked so guest cannot watch netflix. The restaurants don't have variety, and they close, so if it is all inclusive you should ve able to eat when you are hungry, if you are late then you sleep hungry.
